Everything came in pretty good shape, except for a few minor scratches on the metal part of the doors, and a nick or two on the top plank. It's discreet and looks like normal wear and tear though, and it wasn't bad enough for me to send back and risk getting a worse one. The back cover doesn't fit as well as I think it should, but I got it on there. Some of the cam locks were a bit hard to turn, and one set of doors doesn't match up exactly, even after a bit of tweaking.All in all, it looks great assembled, and it's just the right height and look for my living room. I put it together myself, which only gets difficult when you have to put the top part on (but it can be done). It sounds like it has a few problems, but like I said before, it wasn't enough to make me send it back. It's sturdy, and looks like it'll last a while. A good investment worth the price, especially when you see all of the more expensive plain-jane ones that are out there. You'll definitely get some great compliments on it!
